Modi Admits Occurrence Of Atrocities Against Kashmiris
He praised the people of the state for reposing their faith in Jamhooriyat (democracy) and said that the progress of Jammu and Kashmir had to be based on Insaniyat.
“Without humanity there is nothing to look forward to and do work for”, he said.
The Indian leader said he wanted to restore Kashmir to its “former glory” and “build a new Kashmir, a powerful Kashmir”.
Impressing upon the importance of youth power, he said, “When Sachin Tendulkar, Yuvraj, Dhoni, Sehwag smash sixes in cricket matches, the bats they use are manufactured in Kashmir”.
Mr Ali Raza Syed said, Nerandra Modi’s government is pursuing fascist policies in occupied Kashmir and other parts of India. They must implement the UN Resolutions that they signed, granting the right of self-determination to the people of Kashmir, and fulfill the promises that have been made by successive Indian governments for nearly 70 years.
Amidst India-led suppression in Kashmir, the PM wished to improve health facilities for locals. This money should be used for converting the state into a new Jammu and Kashmir which is modern, prosperous and progressive state.
