Black Friday Deals To Hit The Xbox One And 360 LIVE Store
How will Sony react to this sale, will this force them to go on the counterattack with a PS Store Black Friday 2015 sale of their own?
This is made possible through the release of Xbox One Backward Compatibility, which is, according to the official post on Major Nelson, a new Microsoft offering that was just rolled out last week. For those wanting to upgrade to Microsoft’s premium status, the company is holding a promotion where you can get your first month of Gold membership for just $1 through you Xbox from November 20-30th.
This Black Friday, shoppers and gift givers during the holiday season can buy hardware, peripherals, or and games at affordable rates. Besides online multiplayer, Xbox Live Gold unlocks the Xbox Fitness digital training center for users with a Kinect, gives users online storage for their game clips and gets players games for less each week.
Other offers include the Rock Band 4 guitar bundle for $100, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain for $35, and Need for Speed for $40. Everybody else will have to wait until November 24th to get content for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 at a discount.
During this period, there will be 150 games to choose from between Xbox One and Xbox 360, which will be discounted up to 40%-60%, with a further 10% off for Gold members. The company hasn’t yet provided a detailed list of titles that players can expect to save on.
The Knight Squad website also says that it is coming on Xbox One in 2015, and now that it is a free game, then it would have the audience required to make an interesting game like this become a huge hit, possibly overnight. The latter is also playable on Xbox One, thanks to backward compatibility.
The Xbox One “Halo: The Master Chief Collection” bundle will be priced at only $349, only at GameStop.
