As of now, U of M does not plan to ask students, faculty or staff to come back home because they say the situation has been normalized in Paris.
In 2009/10 there were 9,925 Indian students in the capital but the number dropped to 4,790 in 2013/14.
With a whopping 29.4 percent increase, a record high of 132,888 Indian students studying in the U.S. in 2014/15 academic year contributed $3.6 billion to the United States economy, according to a new report.
