Carson Palmer ‘not very interested’ in perception of him since leaving Bengals
The remaining schedule is no easy path, though, beginning with a home game next Sunday night against the Cincinnati Bengals, who were undefeated going into their Monday night game against Houston.
The injuries to Redding, Floyd and Iupati’s all occurred during Arizona’s 39-32 win over the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday. We’ll soon find out.
Whereas many teams would have found this change of circumstances to be too tough to overcome, the Bruce Arians’ Cardinals showed that they truly belong in the conversation of NFC elite. Two years later, he landed with the Cardinals.
Palmer’s with the Cardinals now, of course, and he’ll be playing the Bengals on Sunday night, which meant that Wednesday was Palmer’s turn to meet the media and field questions about meeting his former team.
The Bengals like to rotate defensive linemen and will use a diverse scheme, as do the Cardinals.
The Cincinnati Bengals insist this week isn’t about Carson Palmer.
“I like Carson Palmer personally”, Brown said. “I look at him play and I see the player that we had when he was here”.
Despite its 4-5 record, Seattle has a track record of late-season success to fuel Sherman’s optimism.
“It’s not just another game”, Palmer said, via Paul Dehner of the Cincinnati Enquirer.
Today and tomorrow Peter King’s MMQB will be spotlighting the installation of the Arizona Cardinals game plan against the Cleveland Browns on November 1st. The Bengals offensive line is excellent. While his yards per completion has slightly went down, his passer rating and quarterback rating are also down.
But Cincinnati tight end Tyler Eifert had three drops and wide receiver A.J. It seems that Arians found a big lead over Seattle to be a little boring for his taste as his 2 half protection schemes allowed for two consecutive drives to end with Seattle sacking Carson Palmer, stripping the ball, and recovering the loose fumble.
These are two of the best young players at their positions. Or rather, Peterson will be following Green while Green tries to lose Peterson. Four years later, Palmer is at the top of his game, ranking second behind Tom Brady in the National Football League with 23 touchdown passes and a 108 passer rating. Green is having another good season, with 55 receptions, 769 yards and four touchdowns.
-Cardinals LG Mike Iupati or Earl Watford vs. Bengals DT Geno Atkin.
It’s rivalry time again this week as the San Francisco 49ers and the Seattle Seahawks play again in a battle of NFC West doormats.
Arians did not say who would play on which side, but feels confident if Cooper and Iupati can’t go. If he can’t play, Watford likely will start. It does make one wonder about Wilson’s ceiling and whether or not he has already peaked as a pocket passer and as a quarterback, although everything seems to be a struggle this season for the Seahawks, no exclusions.
