Details on New Destiny Quest The Tale of Two Guardians Leaked
This month we already know that Destiny will be getting the Refer-A-Friend feature but no real details on its use. Destiny’s new program doesn’t reward traditional in-game currency, but rather the true, secret currency of the shared-world shooter: dance.
Meanwhile, Playstation LifeStyle added that part of the rewards items are additional emotes like the High Five and Duo Dance, as well as an Infinite Link Shader. Along with the quest, there are is also a new Ghost Shell, emotes and more so it’s well worth keeping an eye on the the DB Tracker. In the game and on Bungie’s website, the only known way to unlock this emote is completing a Refer-A-Friend Quest titled “A Tale of Two Guardians”. You’ll also see a few more refer-a-friend items that aren’t rewarded from A Tale of Two Guardians if you nose around your Collections at the Tower, including a rad Legendary Sparrow with neon trim. Supposedly, the missions involved in the quest line can only be accomplished together with the linked friend.
However, these details remain unconfirmed, as Bungie has not announced any confirmed details yet about the program.
Heralding new shaders, the return of the Quiver perk for Hunters and improvements to the Crucible mode, the studio has now begun targeting minor bugs with the release of update 2.0.2.
Last week, I told you that Destiny was preparing to launch a Refer-A-Friend program.
