Sarah Jessica Parker makes a comeback with HBO comedy series ‘Divorce,’ looks

HBO has submitted photographic proof of its long-term relationship with Sarah Jessica Parker, releasing the first image of its upcoming series “Divorce”, Variety reports.

Splash News Parker is set to star as Frances, a woman going through divorce who learns starting over isn’t as easy as she hoped.

The comedy also stars Thomas Haden Church, who will play Frances’ husband Robert, as well as Molly Shannon and Talia Balsam, who will play two of Frances’ best friends.

“Divorce” brings Parker back to HBO, the network that aired her landmark comedy-drama “Sex and The City” from 1998 to 2004.

“Divorce” is expected to premiere on HBO in 2016.

The series is created by Sharon Horgan. “It was an area of particular interest for me because I’m married, and I love being married, and I’m happily married”, Parker said while comparing her character to her real life. She’s also got a cross-body bag, which leaves her hands free to contemplate her “very, very long” separation, which is also advertised as being very, very amusing. Should she be staying in more?
