Charlotte – who was flown from Bolton, North West England to Los Angeles to have lunch with Kim for her birthday last month – said: “Her bump was really big and she said it was uncomfortable, especially in tight dresses”.

As uncomfortable as pregnancy is for the star, her husband, rapper Kanye West, is trying to make things as pleasant as possible.

When Kim suggests they may room with Kylie, her answer is NO WAY.

The black-clad 35-year-old placed her manicured “fat” hand on her prominent baby bump, following her rant about her changing shape.

“I had early-onset preeclampsia and I had to deliver at 34 weeks, nearly six weeks early”, Kim explained, adding that after the birth, “my placenta stayed attached inside my uterus, which is a condition called placenta accreta”.

Kim certainly had the media and her fans guessing over what she and Kanye will potentially name their second child after it was revealed that she’s pregnant with a son.

In the confessional, Kim says following the awkward silence: ‘Myself do not comprehend why they are being striking and so crude.
