New Red Band Trailer Released For Dirty Grandpa

Regardless, De Niro says a few things about Queen Latifa and Aubrey Plaza gets her grandpa flirt on in the NSFW red-band trailer, which you can watch below. But what was supposed to be an innocent bonding trip has turned into a spring break of debauchery, as all the old man wants to do is get laid.

The red band trailer attempts to show off more of the dirty humor, with most of it coming from the Dirty Grandpa himself, Robert De Niro. Is it amusing? There are a couple of chuckles to be found in this latest trailer, but while Efron really shined in Neighbors, I’m not sure his comedic chops are being put to their best use as the straight man.

Part of the reason this falls flat is because this is a poorly cut trailer, especially the very end.

However, the pinnacle moment of the trailer is not when Plaza writhes around in De Niro’s oversized slacks. He’d rather make this nonsense than go after more Oscars, trust me.

Dirty Grandpa just became a must-see film.

DIRTY GRANDPA follows Jason Kelly (Zac Efron), who is tricked into driving his foul-mouthed grandfather, Dick (Robert De Niro), to Daytona for spring break.

Also starring Zoey Deutch, Julianne Hough, Jason Mantzoukas, Danny Glover, Adam Pally, and Dermot Mulroney, Dirty Grandpa hits theaters on January 22nd, 2016. It’s the new movie from director Dan Mazer, who previously helmed I Give It A Year, and John Phillips penned the script.
