Jada Pinkett Smith stuns alongside Will Smith at the Latin Grammys
Whether you are a fan of bachata or reggaeton, it’s a sure bet many of your favorite stars will be part of what is called the “biggest night” in Latin Music.
The Smiths were the most striking couple on the red carpet at the 16 Annual Latin Grammy Awards which held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on November 19, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
“My friend, how incredible that we made this disc together”, Lafourcade said to her friend and collaborator Leonel Garcia, with whom she shared three nominations as cowriters of the album’s title track. The Latin artist opened the performance in an elaborate get-up that included a very colorful headpiece while numerous dancers took the stage.
“Hasta la Raiz” also won for Best Alternative Song and Best Alternative Album.
The Mexican group Mana won for Best Pop/Rock Album on “Cama Incendiada” (“Burned Bed”). Last year, tickets to the awards show averaged $326 and in 2013, tickets averaged $481, showing a steady demand for the Latin Grammys over the last few years.
Actress Jada Pinkett Smith stunned onlookers and attendees with a white see-through dress as she supported her husband Will Smith at the 2015 Latin Grammy Awards in Las Vegas. Maluma teamed up with Fifth Harmony for an unforgettable performance while Juan Luis Guerra sang one of his latest hits.
