Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir Will Come To North America In Spring 2016
Pre-orders for the upcoming release of the Odin Sphere Leifthrasir: PlayStation 4 Storybook Edition have kicked off at Amazon! Previously we were introduced to Oswald, also known as Shadow Knight, a human that serves the Fairy Kingdom of Ringford.
Originally announced for a release for Japan in January 2016, Atlus has confirmed that they will be bringing Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir to North America in 2016.
For those unaware, “Odin Sphere Leifthrasir” is a remake of an underrated PS2 game.
Although the game is available for PS4, PS4 and Vita, the Storybook Edition is exclusive to the PS4.
Those who want to give the game a try can pick up “Odin Sphere” right now, as it is currently available on the PS3 as a PS2 classic on the PSN store.
The art book contains art for the game by George Kamitani and Vanillaware.
And a premium outer box adorned with the game’s fantastical artwork! The Potion Recipe t-shirt is called as such because it shows one of the more things done in Alchemy in the game, and that is to turn trousers into potions.
Collector’s Metal Slipcase – The PS4 game will come nestled in a special metal slipcase with the game’s key art on the front, and a not-yet-revealed image on the reverse. This version of the game will cost US$79.99 (AU$111.12) and will come with a number of extras, including a hardcover art book, a shirt, an unspecified art print and more, according to Game Informer.
“Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir” is a special collector’s edition.
Classics Don’t Go Out of Style: Classic gameplay of the original Odin Sphere will remain an option-without sacrificing the upgraded high-definition graphics. The game will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita.
