Rabid Dogs is What Ben Carson Compares Syrian Refugees to
Numerous 2016 presidential hopefuls and several governors nationwide have made an appeal for the country to bar the entry of Syrian refugees into America in light of the Paris terror attacks as they expressed fears that terrorists could sneak into the country in the guise of refugees.
“If there’s a rabid dog running around in your neighborhood, you’re probably not going to assume something good about that dog”, Carson said in Alabama.
“Wow – I’m as compassionate as the next guy, but I don’t want to bring anyone from that part of the world who isn’t fully screened and vetted in a satisfactory way”, said Carson.
Dozens of Democrats joined majority Republicans in the House to pass the measure on Thursday.
In a curious turn of events, Ben Carson’s campaign is denouncing a recent NY Times report by throwing a man who may or may not be advising him under the bus to the old age home.
President Barack Obama has cast that position as un-American.
The House passed a bill Thursday to halt the admission of Syrian refugees into the USA until they undergo a more stringent vetting process – the most stringent vetting ever required for people fleeing a war-torn nation. And you are probably going to get your children out of the way.
“The secular progressive movement in this country does not like Judeo-Christian values”, Carson said.
“We have an American culture, and we have things that we base our values and principles on”.
“He clearly has no idea what he’s talking about”, said one SC Republican, according to Politico. There are those that want to give away all that for political correctness. The chief critic, former Central Intelligence Agency agent Duane Clarridge, told The NY Times that Carson struggles with Middle Eastern affairs. He has repeatedly tried different lines against Carson since the retired neurosurgeon surged to challenge Trump’s No. 1 status in the polls.
Carson was in Cincinnati for a private speech appearance.
Most recently, Carson was back in the news for another absurd statement, this time because it’s his “personal belief” that Egypt’s pyramids were built by the Biblical figure Joseph to store grain, and not as tombs.
