French PM: ISIS could strike with chemical, biological weapons
Members of the terrorist cell which carried out the attacks in Paris took advantage of the refugee crisis to “slip in” to France, according to the country’s prime minister.

The Paris prosecutor’s office confirmed Thursday that Abaaoud died in the raid.
“Terrorism hit France not ’cause of what it is doing in Iraq and Syria … yet for what it is”, Manuel Valls told the lower home of parliament.
ISIS, meanwhile, released a new video threatening NY, and specifically Times Square, although police said there was no “current and specific” threat.
The raids were said to have been planned for a few time, and were not part of the manhunt, Belgian media have been told.
Hours later, a Jewish teacher in the southern city of Marseille was stabbed by three people shouting anti-Semitic obscenities and expressing support for the Islamic State group, local police said. The state of emergency will be in place for three months from November 26 after the extension was approved.
One official says Hasna Aitboulahcen is believed to have detonated a suicide vest after a brief exchange with police officers.
The government also said it would increase recruitment for security forces and would invest in new technology and improved communication systems.
Hadfi died during the Paris attacks on Friday that killed 129 people.
Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said that Abaaoud was implicated in four of six foiled attacks in France this year.
The names of those killed have begun to surface in the days since the massacre.
A few 350 people were also wounded in last Friday’s attacks, many severely. This is under a police directive issued to coincide with the state of emergency.
AP reports that the Office of Intelligence and Analysis said that the plot “may indicate that the group has developed the capability to launch more complex operations in the West”, as opposed to “lone wolf” attacks.
France has stepped up its airstrikes against extremists in Syria since the attack, and French President Francois Hollande is going to Washington and Moscow next week to push for a stronger worldwide coalition against IS.
