Black Friday apps help shoppers plan their routes

While other stores and retailers are busy teasing and leaking their Black Friday 2015 deals and offers, Best Buy has started offering its best Black Friday deals already.

These two online leaders make it possible to complete your holiday shopping – complete with big deals – before putting your turkey in the oven (maybe before even buying it).

If that’s not enough, Amazon is also offers perks for its loyal customers, as long as they use Amazon’s mobile app and Prime services.

Black Friday was originally an American tradition, taking place on the day after Thanksgiving each year.

Walmart describes the Black Friday in three words, which are, “Deals”, “Inventory” and “Simplicity”, and has posted a 2 page advertisement albeit the official page is down as of now. With Give the Gift of Prime, recipients can start their Prime membership right away. “There are deals out there now, but the big ones will only be available for Thursday or Friday”. The selection will change daily. “The event provides a great opportunity for our shoppers to find incredible deals on a wide range of items and, with Christmas just around the corner, means customers can start checking things off their Christmas lists at a fraction of the price”. From its findings, Ibotta determined that Black Friday is “losing steam” this year due to the rise of other shopping events like Cyber Monday, Small Business Saturday, Free Shipping Day, and Super Saturday. Amazon says it will offer a variety of discounts in the days leading up to Black Friday including the Kindle Paperwhite tablet for $99.99 ($20 off) and the new 7-inch Fire tablet for $34.99 ($15 off). At barely seven inches in length, this speaker (regularly priced at $60) could be ideal for a teen who likes to stream music from a smart phone or a loved one who teleworks and makes frequent conference calls.

eBay gets in on the early actionLike Amazon, eBay also kicked off the holiday season early. New items are added often, while a few seem to be permanent, at least for the season. This site also has a mobile app. “We see more women coming in to buy for their husbands”, said Brendan Synnamon, owner of the Union Drummer Boy.
