National Football League superstar Aaron Rodgers calls out fan for anti-Muslim remark

Rodgers still has respectable statistics on the season – highlighted by 21 touchdowns and only three interceptions – but he hasn’t been as dynamic during Green Bay’s current skid.

Following the Packers’ 18-16 loss to the Lions, Rodgers addressed the fan’s comments during his post-game presser.

The ball sailed through Johnson’s hands, glanced off his shoulder pad and into the waiting arms of Green Bay rookie Damarious Randall.

The quarterback, however, doesn’t believe McCarthy needs to take back play-calling in order to get the offense back on track. Through six games, the Packers appeared to be the NFC’s leading Super Bowl contender. Rodgers went 35-for-61 on Sunday against the Lions – the 2-7 Lions. Green Bay rushed for just 47 yards as a team. They sputtered and stumbled for four quarters at Lambeau, causing a few to wonder if Rodgers was hiding an injury.

It’s always tempting to look for an “obvious” solution when your team is struggling. However, Green Bay’s slide shouldn’t induce panic just yet.

Rodgers has suffered through three poor performances.

“You see the way they play, the way they’ve battled”. The main message on Monday ahead of a practice week to prepare for the Minnesota Vikings is to shore up fundamentals. He hasn’t caught more than two passes in a game since Week 4 and was shut out on both of his targets, which likely will be graded as drops by the coaches.

Things weren’t looking great after two straight losses coming into this matchup, but at least with those made sense; Denver has one of the league’s best defenses, Carolina has a strong defense & powerful run game, both games were on the road and both teams were undefeated at the time the Packers played them.
