Winter Storm Warning Issued for McHenry County, Chicago Area
Metro Detroit is expected to get between 3-5 inches of snow, with the heaviest snowfall happening between noon and 1 p.m., National Weather Service meteorologist Sara Schultz said.

In the city, two to five inches of snow could fall, Donofrio said Thursday.

Rain Friday night is expected to turn to snow and continue through the day Saturday with accumulations of 4 to 8 inches possible.
It would be the area’s first winter storm of the season.

The track of the storm is now expected to be further south into central Ohio. Snow will stick easier and we will very likely see slick spots. Snow is still falling across the area with few exceptions along the city’s lakefront downtown, where the precipitation has turned to rain. The Indiana Toll Road in the northern part of the state is banning triple-trailer trucks from 7 a.m. Saturday to 1 a.m. Sunday because of risky conditions. In terms of snowfall so early in the season, Milwaukee has only recorded four 2-day snowfall totals of greater than 6 inches before November 22, dating back to the late 1800s.
Highs will stay in the low 30s Sunday for a breezy and cold Bears game before returning to the 40s for the start of the work week.
