Nebraska jobless rate holds steady at 2.9 percent in October
The biggest job losses came in local government as well as professional and business service with both sectors reporting 1,100 fewer jobs than in September. 9 percent found in Calistoga.

The remaining 24 states had rates that were not appreciably different from those of a year earlier.
In October 2015, 23 states had statistically significant over-the-month changes in employment, all of which were positive.
