As per the reports coming up, the movie has taken the best opening of 2015 beating Salman Khan’s last release Bajrangi Bhaijaan. It also marked the biggest single day of all time, defeating the first Sunday figures of Bajrangi Bhaijaan and PK which were about Rs 38.50 crores nett.

Salman Khan’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo has reportedly garnered around Rs. 40 core on the opening day.

Prem Ratan Dhan Payo has thus entered the league of the few Bollywood films that have managed to earn over Rs 100 cr in the first three days of their release. PRDP is expected to break more records. Salman, who plays a dual role as Vijay Singh the prince and Prem, an artist, stood as the show stealer of the film.
