Councilman: Pregnant Woman Stabbed to Death in Bronx

The first responders believed the baby to be dead too, but she was found to be breathing. Wade even created a registry at Babies “R” Us.

On Friday, a 22-year-old pregnant woman was fatally stabbed in The Bronx.

Wade then ripped out her victim’s kid, based on Councilman Andy King (D-Bronx).

“They are matching the blood of the baby to the deceased”, King said at the crime scene later Friday. “This is an ugly episode that can’t be condoned”. Officials may now conduct tests to find out if Wade is actually pregnant.

The suspect was taken into custody at the scene screaming the infant was hers. “But that was clearly not the case”. He said it was possible the baby had been cut from Sutton’s womb.

“The other lady, she looked sad when they took her out of the police vehicle and put her in the ambulance”, said neighbor Vivette Williams. Wade’s landlord says there was no doubt that her tenant was expecting.

The child was rushed to Montefiore Hospital and is only a week premature. The baby survived, but police could do nothing for Sutton. Sources said there was so much trauma to the victim’s body, it’s impossible to tell what really happened, before an autopsy. “She had me fooled…She was heavy so I couldn’t tell”. “I thought I was going to be a grandfather”. “Were there any survivors?”

“I hope that the suspect is convicted, serves times, and whatever help she needs I hope she gets”.

Charges are now pending against the alleged attacker while she undergoes a psychiatric evaluation.

Wade and Sutton went to school together, according to a relative of the victim.

She had allegedly been pretending for a few time that she was pregnant, posting pictures on Facebook of an ultrasound showing a foetus with the comment: “My lil dimpled cutie pie”. Now, the Daily News reports Wade is claiming that she killed her friend and “saved” the baby in self-defense.
