Holiday shopping up, Black Friday deals extended

Although its latest earnings report underwhelmed investors and it got whacked by an E.coli bacteria outbreak in the Pacific northwest, the Mexican food chain has lost almost 20% of its value over the past few weeks and its current level may make a good stocking stuffer for your portfolio.

Thanksgiving is supposed to be all about what it is named for – giving thanks for friends, family and other blessings in our lives, a time to gather with our loved ones to renew and refresh our bonds and most of all, to focus on what we have – not on the things we don’t have.

Online Walmart Black Friday deals start at 2:01 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day, a new addition to its strategy.
