Has Modi ever taken a selfie with a farmer, asks Rahul
He requested Prime Minister to please look after these farmers and the youth.
The BJP on Monday accused Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi of siding with individuals known for making hate speeches and who have even been booked for the same and slammed the Congress party over it. “Have you ever seen Modi Ji taking a selfie with a farmer, a labourer or an unemployed person”, Mr. Gandhi asked the cheering crowd, which responded with a resounding “No”. “I have obtained documents which show that Rahul Gandhi had claimed himself to be a British national before the company law authorities there for setting up a company”, Swamy told reporters here. “But one thing I will certainly say, and it is that we all have to be careful about the divisive techniques being used by polarizing forces”.
He also ridiculed the “Acche Din” campaign, saying it had become a joke.
“When Lok Sabha elections were held a lot of people supported Narendra Modi”. Defending the presence of Masood during Gandhi’s padyatra, party spokesman RPN Singh said there is no point in raising the issue again as Gandhi had already condemned the statement. “Good days will truly come only when condition of the farmers, poor and Dalits improves”, he added. He said that Modi is busy travelling the world but has no time for farmers.
Reminding the people of the Rs. 70,000 crore loan waiver by the Congress-led UPA government, he alleged that banks had closed its doors to farmers during the Modi regime.
Meanwhile, Gandhi witnessed a controversy when Congress leader Imran Masood, who was jailed past year for his hate speech against Modi, was seen sharing stage with him on Monday.
