Gareth Bale insists he is happy at Real Madrid
United are reportedly preparing a move for Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale with The Sun reporting that his future at Real Madrid is now hanging in the balance.
Report according to AS stated Manchester United executive vice chairman Ed Woodward has offered £14.2 million to Jonathan Barnett who is the agent of Bale, all in a bid to broker the deal and talk the Welsh winger into signing for the Real Devils.
Gareth Bale has refused to rule out a return to the Premier League, but stressed that he is “very happy” with life at Real Madrid for the moment.
And to help drop his impressive six handicap even further Bale has commissioned a three-hole golf course modelled on the Postage Stamp at Troon, the Amen Corner 11th at Augusta, home of The Masters, and the 17th at Sawgrass, venue for the unofficial fourth Major, The Players Championship at his home in the Vale.
Bale, like all of his Madrid teammates, struggled to make any sort of impact as his side was thrashed 4-0 by Barcelona in the Clasico on Saturday.
His impressive form is said to have caught the eye of a number of Premier League managers, including United gaffer Louis van Gaal.
“Now I ” m here, I want to win trophies and to win titles, and just do the best I can for my career.
“I am enjoying my time here”.
“When I won the PFA Player of the Year award at Spurs, I never thought, at the start of the season, that I wanted to win that trophy”.
“I feel like I am capable of achieving that because I know my ability”, he told the Daily Mirror.
“I feel like I can drift into areas, find the space, and when I get the ball I can attack”.
