Buckeyes’ Ezekiel Elliott apologizes for blasting play-calling in Saturday’s loss

While everyone in Big 10 is talking about the Ohio State loss from Saturday, Iowa continues to shock everyone and remain undefeated.

It’s not that the announcements weren’t expected, but they felt like salt in the wound so soon after MI State put a kink in the Buckeyes’ national championship plans.

On the offensive side, losing at the line was one of the main reasons why Ezekiel Elliott only had 12 carries, including just two in the second half. Up next is Bedlam next Saturday against Oklahoma State in Stillwater.

“(The) coaching staff didn’t put us in position to win. Go figure, but it likely cost Ohio State the football game. If they get there, they have a playoff spot right in their grasp.
