See the first Legends of Tomorrow trailer
Now however, The CW has finally released the highly anticipated first trailer for Legends of Tomorrow and in almost two and half minutes, they have ramped up expectations for the viewers.
Fortunately, the “Legends of Tomorrow” series won’t be without its crossovers.
You can probably consider this year’s Flash and Arrow crossover event to be the Legends of Tomorrow pilot. The group then travels in time back to the 1970s in an attempt to fix the future, where some Back to the Future-like stuff happens (a disappearing wedding band!) that might make the future even worse.
Episode 8 is titled, Legends of Today, where the time-travelling villain Vandal Savage (guest star Casper Crump) arrives in Central City and sets his sights on Kendra Saunders aka Hawkgirl.
In the new trailer, viewers get to basically get an idea of exactly how the team is brought together and what their mission is as a team.
Within 30 seconds of watching the “Legends of Tomorrow” trailer, you will already discover the premise of the story, according to Wired.
Meanwhile, it’s also been announced that The Flash and Arrow will return from their midseason breaks on January 26th and January 27th respectively, meaning that’s three consecutive nights of DC goodness to look forward to! Who approved it? Let us know so we can thank them.
Legends of Tomorrow is now scheduled to premiere January 21, 2016 on the CW at 8PM ET.
The set-up for this series is simple enough: time traveler Rip Hunter recruits a team of heroes and anti-heroes from the present day to help battle the villainous Vandal Savage, who has literally taken over the entire world in 2166.
