Anushka Did Size Zero As Compensation?

Its Anushka Shetty’s turn now.

Anushka Shetty, one of the leading actresses down south, is gearing up for the release of her most awaited movie, Size Zero. The movie has been produced by PVP banner and directed by Prakash.

Describing her experience of working in the film as “fantastic”, she said: “When I first met Prakash and his wife Kanika, there was so much of positivity around them. It will guide them in the right direction”. Anushka will next be seen in Baahubali 2 and Singham 3.

“This story, the way it’s written and presented, has something for everybody”. This is a role that is very close to Arya’s heart as he is very particular about fitness in real life also. “Who would know about heroines’ thighs better than him?”, he further added, while crowd including Anushka and Raghavendra Rao broke in to laughter. “It’s extremely tough to be humble when you’re so successful, but Anushka is an exception and that’s something I learnt from her”, she said. The Size Zero team met the press today. It’s a wonderful film and for all the hard work we’ve put in, we really want it to do well.

She could have used prosthetics but talking about it, she said, “We did a photo shoot with prosthetics, but I felt that though my body looked fat, my arms and face looked leaner. Ever since I saw her in Billa, I became her fan”, Ali has been quoted as saying at the launch.

Arya plays the role of a documentary film maker who is a fitness fanatic. Well, I have got to tell them wait till you watch the second part. “I felt that mismatch would not look good on screen and made a decision to do it the natural way by piling on the kilos”, she smiled.
