Aamir Khan clarifies not leaving India
The BJP said Mr Khan should not forget that “India made you star” and it was incorrect to “malign Incredible India”.

In a related development, union minister Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti on Tuesday night said Aamir should send his wife to Pakistan or Iran or Iraq and assess for himself what the situation was compared to India.

We just hope that leaders and people of this country come to some conclusion with this grave happening that is increasing every day.
Khan also supported those returning their awards, saying one of the ways for creative people to express their dissatisfaction or disappointment was by giving back awards.

“Only society could stand firm against oppression and intolerance”, he said, adding, “The society could not even depend on institution including the judiciary to reclaim its rights”.
