Liverpool Reveals New White Away Uniforms By New Balance

It’s the third kit to be unveiled by the club this summer – after the home and third kits – and the third under the New Balance brand, which took over from Warrior for the new season.

Simon Mignolet, James Milner and Martin Skrtel were in attendance at the big reveal.

Meanwhile Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler took to the air to unveil the new shirt, skydiving over Brisbane to prove that the Liverpool shirt is “not only good on the pitch, it’s good for jumping out of planes”.

Unlike Liverpool’s rather extravagant away kits of recent seasons, the outfit is plain and simple, which will come as a relief to some Reds fans.

The all-white New Balance strip evokes memories of the iconic strip worn by Reds players during the halcyon days of the late 1970s and was showcased on the Australian leg of the club’s pre-season tour.

We now travel to Australia for games against Brisbane Roar and Adelaide United, before our set of pre-season matches is completed by games against a Malaysia XI and HJK from Finland.
