Star Wars: The Force Awakens Thanksgiving trailer serves up new footage, Han
You don’t have to be a super-fan to notice the similarities between this scene and the countless times in the franchise that we have seen Vader inflict such pain by simply lifting his hand. The trailer opens with images of Kylo Ren in a space ship and there is a voiceover with both Andy Serkis’ voice and Kylo Ren’s. “Have you felt it?”, without knowing what the words meant or who they were aimed at. Do check it out. “Even you have never faced such a test”, Snoke tells Ren in voiceover that accompanies new footage of the villain acting malevolently. Here’s the problem: if you can’t make it on the first day, you risk the movie being spoiled for you. In America, the five other films in the series were rated PG, but the first three were released before the PG-13 rating was created in 1984.
