Amid an ongoing wave of Palestinian attacks on Israel, US Secretary of State John Kerry is meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in an effort to “calm things down a little bit”.
“Today I express my complete condemnation for any act of terror that takes innocent lives”.
“Clearly, no people anywhere should live with daily violence, with attacks in the streets, with knives or scissors or cars”.

Kerry will hold talks with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and President Reuven Rivlin while in Jerusalem, then meet separately with Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas in Ramallah. Israel says the violence stems from Palestinian incitement and incendiary videos on social media. In that letter the President said that the U.S. would take into account the “changes on the ground” and “existence of Israelis population centers”. They are the same people we are supposed to give better lives to. “We have much to talk about”, Kerry continued, adding the issue of ISIS will also be discussed during their meeting.
