Dilwale inspires Shah Rukh Khan
Rohit Shetty who has an open admiration for vehicles and speed and action, comes together again with Shah Rukh after they did Chennai Express. Rohit Shetty’s forthcoming movie is among Bollywood’s largest year end releases and is bringing back the iconic onscreen set of Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan. Ltd. said about the association, “We are happy to have associated with Best Foods Limited for our film “Dilwale”. The song has been shot at exotic and scenic locations in Iceland. Whether Kajol will join SRK in the promotions on Bigg Boss is yet to be seen! We all know with SRK’s witty jokes yet this time he tapped on his philosophical turf.
At a recent event, when asked how special was it sharing screen space with Khan, Varun said, “It’s very very special to me”.
Dharma is headed by one of Bollywood’s most successful filmmakers, Karan Johar, 43, who made his directorial debut with the 1998 hit Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (Something Happens) starring Khan. The trailer launch included the display a host of modified designer cars, a concept integral to the film.
Directed by Rohit Shetty, “Dilwale” also features Kriti Sanon. While financial details were not given, the pact covers nine films over three years. Kriti Sanon, Boman Irani, Vinod Khanna, Kabir Bedi, Varun Sharma, Chetna Pande, Johnny Lever, Sanjay Misra, Mukesh Tiwari and Pankaj Tripathy are part of the cast.
The makers of the film deployed WD’s storage solutions on location to secure intensive shoot footage and in the studio during post-production for heavy duty applications like editing and saving world class special effects. “Just watched Dilwale end 2 ends”.
