Waxahachie police searching for 17 year old girl

DFW- An active Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 17-year-old girl in Waxahachie. She was wearing a pink shirt with “Life” printed on it in black letters, blue jeans and tan knee-high boots.

Police believe 18-year-old Chance Casper Foster abducted Upchurch.

The suspect is driving a 1998 Pontiac Firebird with Texas plate numbers that read BWR0285. She also has a birthmark on the right side of her neck.

The suspect was last heard from in Waxahachie, 6 p.m. on Saturday.

Foster is described as 6 feet, 2 inches tall, weighing 175 pound with brown hair and brown eyes.

Law enforcement officials believe Victoria Helen Upchurch to be in grave or immediate danger.
