Strictly Come Dancing 2015: Peter Andre booted off after losing dance-off

Peter Andre has spoken out about THOSE Strictly Come Dancing fix rumours.

Yep, the so-called King Of Reality TV was voted off the show by the judges this week after coming bottom of the leaderboard during Saturday night’s show.

Despite getting good comments about his American Smooth, the Mysterious Girl singer found himself in the bottom two for the second week in a row.

Speaking about his time on the show the singer said “It’s been nothing but joy”.

“I think instinctively you want to try to do your best but you also have to accept when your time is up – and my time was up”.

A week ahead of the quarter finals, Peter and his partner Janette Manrara left the competition after losing the dance-off to Kellie Bright and Kevin Clifton. Like I said before there is no shame in leaving, we are so grateful.

The Loose Women host, 34, also claimed she knew she had lost her dance-off against him before results were announced, and despite being scored higher. ‘But on the show he did.

But Peter slammed her accusations as “a load of rubbish”. “I saw nothing but fabulous”. People who have good dances in rehearsals get good marks, ‘ he told The Mirror.

And on surviving last weekend’s dance off, Peter confessed: “Based on that particular night I wouldn’t have been surprised if I had gone”.

However, they proved victorious in the dance-off, with the judges opting to save them.

As Bruno had agreed with Darcey and Craig, Kellie and Kevin were safely through to next week.

Helen George topped the leaderboard after winning the quickstep-a-thon and impressing the judges with her Viennese Waltz to Etta James’ At Last with Aljaz Skorjanec.
