The controversy could be starting to hurt Trump, who has dropped 12 percentage points in the polls in the past five days, according to Reuters/Ipsos opinion polling of Republican voters nationally.
Bush also talked about his own strategy to defeat the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) if he were elected president. Northern New Jersey is home to a large Muslim community. Unfortunately, in focusing on Trump’s undiplomatic language rather than the concerns of the seas voters to whom Trump greatly appeals, Bush and Kasich are playing the left’s game of PC language policing and using charges of “extremist” to silence political opponents. Im pretty confident that the more they hear of him, the less likely hes going to get the Republican nomination.
