Kim Kardashian does a Posh

Victoria Beckham has given the thumbs up to Kim Kardashian‘s Posh Spice costume.

She explained: “I flew in, maybe like a couple months ago, just to have a last hurrah of all the food I’m not going to be able to have for a while”.

After extending her “cheat day” in Paris, in which she ate lots of churros and cheesecake, preggy Kim’s hands and feet became swollen. “So now, I will have to get a C-section”, she wrote on her website. Kardashian shared the sad news to her mom Kris Jenner, who was visibly anxious about her.

Kim Kardashian is now pregnant with a baby boy with husband Kanye West and is very open to a massive makeover after the baby is born. She went about ranting how she gained weight, comparing her recent from her previous pregnancy.

Women especially pregnant who have never had diabetes before but who have high blood sugar levels during pregnancy are said to have gestational diabetes. The trailer ends with Kim sitting on the stairs of her mother’s house on the phone with her doctor who says: “I have your results on my desk here“. “Kim has been discussing the surgeries she wants to get done and talking to doctors about them [and] talking about which doctors she wants to put on the payroll”. “I’ll give them to Khloe and see how much she’ll buy them off of me for”, Kim joked.

“She might look incredible, but she doesn’t feel that great”, said a family source to E! She mentioned over Good Work about getting her breasts done in the 80’s, while denying any nose job ever.
