Outlander Season 2 Trailer Released

In honor of the American Thanksgiving holiday, STARZ recently posted a new image from “Outlander” season two on Twitter, reports Carter Matt.

Book readers maybe already knew what to expect from Outlander Season 2, but for those who only got to know Claire and Jamie Fraser through the Starz TV show finally have a glimpse of what’s coming for the British time traveling nurse and her kilted lover. That’s a bit for and the intriguing teaser/trailer won’t do any help.

After a series of traumatic trials in their relationship, Outlander’s Jamie and Claire have set sail for France with a baby on the way.

“Let’s talk about the future and how we’re going to change it”, Claire says before footage of royal halls, epic battle scenes and one very pregnant heroine. The Scottish warrior also has a secret mission which he will use to forget about the ordeal he and his wife went through in the hands of Jack Randall (Tobias Menzies). Then again, they could surprise us; they announced the return date for season 1B much earlier than we anticipated that they would.

The image shows Claire wearing her Paris finery and dining with other members of the French court. Political warfare is waging through the streets, and the two have to discover their place in it. Can they ensure or even change the future? The Outlander season 2 trailer makes me, once again, regret I haven’t watched season 1 yet.
