Man charged with grisly murder of woman he met on Facebook

Greer lives in the 8400 block of Carl Avenue in Jennings.

Greer is being held on $1 million cash only bond.

A relative found Bradford in her room in a pool of blood Saturday evening. That man visited Bradford’s home for the first time Saturday night. But Bradford was unresponsive by the time paramedics arrived and ultimately pronounced dead at the scene.

A witness identified Greer as a man entering the victim’s apartment in a photo lineup.

According to KTVI, Bradford’s family members believe whoever is responsible for her death was caught on video.

Bradford’s phone and rent money were missing from her apartment.

Police said the victim was killed by a single gunshot wound to the back of the head. They say they know he did this. There was a spent condom found on the victim.

A Missouri man has been charged with murdering a Missouri woman inside her home on Saturday. Surveillance video also shows Greer entering Bradford’s apartment complex at around 4:50pm.

Bradford met Stassie on Facebook last week, according to family members. Though police have yet to issue a cause of death, the Major Case Squad is assisting Ferguson police in the investigation, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported. Bradford had a six-year-old daughter and she wanted to be a nurse. Friends are trying to raise money for the little girl through a gofundme site.
