Coulter-Nile will replace Mitchell Starc in the squad after the latter fractured his foot in the recent third Test against New Zealand and was ruled out for a few weeks.
National selectors will be forced to make one change to the XI, with Pattinson coming in for injured spearhead Mitchell Starc.
But their batting line-up in Brisbane is expected to be the same for the Bellerive Oval Test starting on December 10.

“I had a week at home and had time to see a series when Australia came into the Caribbean”, Holder said in Brisbane, where the West Indies play at tour game against a Cricket Australia XI at Allan Border Field.
