Judd Apatow’s latest film, “Trainwreck“, has gotten a big hug from the critics.
James has a relatively prominent part in the film, playing a client and confidante to Hader’s character.
“Trainwreck” director Judd Apatow previously directed the hugely successful 2011 film “Bridesmaids” both economically and critically. The meandering third act brings the energy to a near halt, as the film veers into self-reflection territory.
We also need to talk about how much we can’t wait to see this movie. “It feels so good to f***ing be yourself and to throw people out of your life that don’t let you be yourself”. As much as Schumer occasional tries to subvert the idea that this is a conventionally structured romantic comedy, Trainwreck keeps stubbornly turning back into a conventional romantic comedy.
