The action-packed minute-long clip was spotted on Facebook in the early hours of Thanksgiving this morning. Apparently, win or lose, Finn and Rey will give Kylo Ren a challenge. The offending page is covered with a Star Wars logo and a button to proceed anyway, forewarned and forearmed with the knowledge that you could see a detail of the new film.

The focus of this trailer seems to be split between Ren and one of the movie’s new heroes, Oscar Isaac’s X-Wing pilot Poe Dameron, whose confrontation with the masked villain gets a few more seconds of screentime. All of us need to run, ‘ he states.

Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens has an impressive cast, which also includes original star Harrison Ford, Andy Serkis and Game of Thrones’ Gwendoline Christie. Here’s the problem: if you can’t make it on the first day, you risk the movie being spoiled for you.

“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” will be released in some theaters on December 16 in France, December 17 in the United Kingdom, and December 18 in the United States.
