3 members of family die as mobile home swept into Ohio creek
The search for a little girl is over after crews found her body Sunday morning.
Victoria “Vickie” Kennard, 32 and six months pregnant, and her seven-year-old son Gabriel were confirmed dead after a flood swept away their mobile home in Ripley in Brown County.
Owens said one of the surviving boys was found in a tree.
The mobile home reportedly disappeared near Ripley Rd. and Stringtown Rd., near St. Rt.

Georgetown fire crews responded to multiple vehicles underwater and rescued eight people from flooded roadways, according to officials.
The children’s father and Victoria’s fiance, 47-year old Tony Barrios and two older children survived the accident.
Owens says the mother, a son and daughter died after the mobile home went into the creek.
The National Weather Service issued a flood warning for the county until 5:15 p.m. Sunday. Many other homes along the road suffered serious water damage, with estimates from up to a few inches to a few feet of water inundating their residences and forcing many to evacuate. The survivors were taken to a Cincinnati hospital.
