76ers win 1st game of season, honor Kobe Bryant with video
“You may lose a game, but you’re always going to win every battle or win the war”.
How did Kobe Bryant’s farewell message to fans become a Cyber Monday sensation?
Bryant, who played in Lower Merion High School in Philadelphia and was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, scored 20 points but struggled again from the field making just 7-of-26 field goals.
The night before, Bryant opened the first leg of his farewell tour in his hometown of Philadelphia, where the Lakers lost to the previously winless 76ers. The report said the team believes Scott is not responsible for the Lakers’ awful record (2-15) or the dreadful performance of Kobe Bryant in his final season.
He has helped win five NBA championships for the Lakers, is a 17-time All-Star, a 15-time member of the All-NBA Team, and is a two-time gold medalist from the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympic Games.
A few weeks ago, Bryant said that he gets held to a higher standard than his peers but he appreciates it.
Bryant added, “I sincerely appreciate the bad as much as I do the good, and hopefully the players coming up now understand that – understand that it’s a journey, it’s a cycle, you can’t take things personal”. With the Lakers playing against the 76ers on Tuesday night, the Sixers used the opportunity to make a wonderful video tribute to Bryant, appropriately called “Dear Kobe”.
“When we first met I was just a kid”.

Phoenix led by as many as nine in the fourth quarter, but then went cold as Brooklyn claimed victory, with Brook Lopez finishing with 23 points. “God knows I can’t sustain that level of energy for 48 minutes like I used to”, he said.
Kobe has seen his play slip over the past couple of years.
By the way: The last time Philadelphia won a basketball game?
Pau rated his former teammate as one of the greatest for what he had accomplished with his teams and how long he has played.
Kobe Bryant shot 10-24, which is a pretty meh shooting performance, but was actually his second best of the year.
