The second, full trailer for Batman V. Superman is composed of nearly entirely new footage drawn from the 2016 film, and along with providing more context for the brewing conflict between actor Henry Cavill’s Man of Steel and Ben Affleck’s Dark Knight, the trailer also reveals the identity of the movie’s monstrous villain. Luthor’s deadly creation attempts to destroy Batman and Superman but the feuding superheroes are protected by Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) who uses her shield to block Doomsday’s fiery wrath. The film will be followed by “Suicide Squad”, which will show a number of super villains teaming up and will continue with a “Wonder Woman” film as well as “The Flash” and a “Justice League” film.
