Charlie Sheen’s ex-fiancee sues actor over HIV exposure

“Two and a Half Men” star Charlie Sheen’s legal troubles are beginning, following his admission in November that he is HIV-positive.

The lawsuit states the two first met on November 1, 2013, at Sheen’s home, and he paid her $10,000 to have sex after she signed what her lawyer, David M. Ring, terms an “unenforceable” non-disclosure agreement.

Ross claims that in a early stages of their relationship, she and Sheen had sex on at least five occasions before she discovered medication in his cabinet for the treatment of HIV.

“Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross”, a statement from Sheen’s attorney said.

She also claims Sheen had several violent outbursts during their relationship, including when he threw a cement pillar at her, but missed and broke a glass door. Rossi claims she had already fallen in love Sheen by the time she made the discovery, so she chose to continue having unprotected sex with him.

The complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior Court (read here in full) begins with justification for bringing the lawsuit in open court in the first place.

People reports that Sheen initially agreed to settle with her for million and 5 percent of his back end participant points from “Anger Management”, claims her lawyer.

Ross is also asking for damages, what the court “deems just and proper”, while seeking special, general and punitive damages from the Platoon actor. They got engaged in 2014.

However, she alleges that following his tell all interview last month, he claimed she had breached their agreement, which she refutes, and decided against signing the settlement documents.

“What people forget is that’s money they’re taking from my children”, Sheen said at the time.

A couple months later Rossi took to Twitter to vent about her relationship with Sheen and claimed at the time that the truth would be revealed.
