Ted Cruz Speculates California Shooting Was ‘Radical Islamic Terrorism’

Trump stuck by his comments Thursday while speaking in Washington before the Republican Jewish Coalition, reiterating that he doesn’t know “if Israel has the commitment” to reach a peace deal.
