‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ Dark Side Thanksgiving Trailer
The new clip shows a huge rally of the forces of the dark side, plus the effects of their weaponry (as an entire sky is turned red), more aerial battles, more of Finn and much more of Kylo Ren’s power and authority. Epic battle scenes abound and the cryptic voice of the Supreme Leader Smoke, voiced by Andy Serkis, talking to Ren can be heard. “I can’t tell you the relief I feel”. Do check it out.
Recalling that he managed to keep a huge secret while shooting the original Star Wars trilogy, Hamill added: “I’m proud of the fact that I knew a year and a half before anybody else that he [Darth Vader] was actually “Dad Vader”.
And of course, we get to see the dynamic duo of Han Solo and Chewbacca back in action.
Harrison Ford reprises his iconic role as Han Solo, where he can be seen confronting a Stormtrooper in the trailer.
Oscar Isaac, John Boyega and Daisy Ridley make appearances in the clip too, as Poe Dameron, Finn, and Rey, respectively. Rey fires at Kylo Ren, who hacks at the lasers rather than elegantly deflecting them as Jedis of old did.
The force really was strong with a group of fundraisers who staged a Star Wars-themed day.
Abrams’ “Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens” is slated to premiere in theaters on December 18 while Gareth Edwards’s “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” premieres on December 16, 2016. “We all need to run”, he states.

What if The Force Awakens doesn’t live up to our ridiculous expectations?
Over here, IFCO have yet to issue a rating on the film, although it’s expected in the coming weeks before the film’s release on December 16th.
