Charlie Sheen sued by former fiancee
Sheen’s been accused of hiding his condition from sex partners, thus putting their health in serious peril.
Brett says she and Charlie had unprotected sex at least 5 times before she discovered HIV meds in his medicine cabinet. She said the “Two and a Half Men” TV star also hid his HIV status from her.
Despite the inherently tumultuous nature of the relationship, Ross claims that she became suicidal after Sheen broke up with her via text message. Ms. Ross looks forward to her day in court, and to taking Mr. Sheen’s deposition. The actor was also very jealous of Rossi’s ex-husband and there were even reports that he allegedly tried to put a hit out on him. “When plaintiff confronted Sheen, Sheen locked plaintiff in a room for hours, screaming at her and telling her that she was “f***ing stupid” for involving herself in the matter”.
Rossi said that Sheen told her that he did not want a “retarded child” because of his HIV diagnosis.
Rossi says Sheen threatened to kick her out of the house if she refused, and that was when she gave into the pressure to have the procedure. Sheen allegedly continued to emotionally and physically abuse Ross throughout the remainder of their relationship. In another alleged incident, Sheen pointed an unloaded gun at Ross and repeatedly pulled the trigger, despite the fact that she was crying and begging him to stop. She accepted, and their relationship soon turned romantic.
Ross said things went from bad to worse when Sheen started doing drugs again.
Sheen’s lawyer Martin Singer told FOX411 his client “intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross”.
Now, he is back in the news and that is courtesy of his ex fiancee Brett Rossi who is filing a lawsuit against him for forcing her to abort a baby while they were together and during the time he already knew he was HIV positive.
But he denied that he failed to disclose his status to sexual partners.
“The lawsuit filed by Ms. Ross speaks for itself”, Rossi’s attorney, David M. Ring, said in a statement.
“We are confident that Mr Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her”.
