Bush numbers off on bombing missions in Syria
Preston resident Mark Bormann says he’s open to voting for bush, but thinks some are put off by his campaign strategy. “But whether those translate into votes remain to be seen, as the former Florida governor struggles to break beyond the single digits in the polls”. “The reason we cooperate with all these candidates is we try to expose the electorate to these candidates to educate them as to the differences and their positions on different issues”. He will attend a fundraiser on Thursday night in Washington at the home of Boyden Gray, a long-time figure in Republican politics who was a senior aide to his father, former President George H.W. Bush.
Bush also spent a lot of time talking to people in the crowd and sitting down with them for dinner.
His comments come as Obama and the leaders of more than 100 other nations are negotiating a deal that would get all countries to agree to cut emissions that scientists say are warming the Earth and increasing extreme weather.
“He’s going to be president not just for those who can vote but for those who can’t vote too so I need to know what’s going on and what his views are and everything”, Bryant resident Cassidy Turkle said.
“There are many instances at this stage of the race when you have volatility in the polls”, George P. Bush said on Tuesday.
With Bush polling at just 4-percent in the latest Quinnipiac poll of likely Iowa caucus goers it’s no surprise he is looking to hone an electability argument against Clinton and toward New Hampshire, where the campaign has focused its resources for months.
Once considered the front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination in 2016, Bush in recent months has slipped in the polls behind Trump, Carson, and a pair of senators, Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio.
Reuters reported on Monday that Bush is bringing his campaign team down to Florida on Saturday as they try to turn things around. “You can’t fall when you’ve never gotten any higher than the floor in the first place, and that’s the state of the Jeb Bush campaign”, Cain wrote on his website.
“He’s not a serious person”, Bush said.
“At least I was once winning”. He didn’t directly answer the question, instead saying that his brother has “given me really good advice”.
