Terrorists’ Next Target is U.K., Official Says
A senior European counterterrorism official says intelligence points to Britain as the next target for the Islamic State group, as a “follow-up” to the November 13 attacks in Paris that killed 130 people.
The terrifying message came as a terrorism analyst said he had been told about the threat by a senior European terror official.
The president also defended the United States’ current strategies, including its membership in a 65-country coalition against ISIS and local partnerships within Iraq and Syria.
