`HIV positive` Charlie Sheen sued by ex-fiancee
Rossi alleges that she had sex with Sheen five times before learning that he was HIV-positive upon discovering his medications.
Charlie Sheen’s ex-fiancée Brett Rossi is suing him following his HIV revelation. What she was scared of remains unknown but she seems to be negative.
Also, Rossi disputes Sheen’s assurance that he hasn’t missed a single dosage of his HIV medication, claiming that the actor who played Charlie Harper “became increasingly less diligent and responsible in taking his HIV medication as a result of his illegal drug use” between July and September 2014.
“The lawsuit filed by Ms. Ross speaks for itself”, Rossi’s attorney, David M. Ring, said in a statement.
Rossi first met Sheen in November 2013 and agreed to have sex with the actor for $10,000.
Marty Singer, a lawyer for the father-of-five, says Charlie plans on fighting his ex’s accusations – which reportedly include threats of violence if she didn’t have an abortion (which he allegedly requested so they wouldn’t have “retarded child”, Us Weekly reports) and claims of verbal and physical abuse. The adult film star is seeking $1 million in addition to earnings from Sheen’s erstwhile TV show Anger Management.
After having filed a lawsuit against the former Two and a Half Men actor, claiming to have been bullied into getting an abortion while he had already been diagnosed with HIV, she was asked why she waited.
The lawsuit alleges that, on several occasions, Sheen locked Ross in the bathroom, pushed her, dragged her by the arms, placed her in a chokehold and pointed an unloaded gun at her, and repeatedly pulled the trigger.
Brett is asking for unspecified damages including punitives. Sheen also said during the interview that he would not pay to settle any claims from sexual partners claiming he exposed them to the virus.
In her lawsuit filed on Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Ross’ attorneys claim that in late October or early November, Sheen’s attorneys attempted to resolve her claims for $1million, to be paid on December 2.
