Russian Federation will need time to substitute banned Turkish goods – minister
The Turkish and Russian foreign ministers are scheduled to meet on the sidelines of an Organization for Security and Cooperation meeting in the Serbian capital Belgrade on Thursday, Turkey’s Foreign Ministry said.
Çavuşoğlu, who is attending a North Atlantic Treaty Organisation meeting of foreign ministers, made the comments to national broadcaster the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT).

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said he had heard “nothing new” from his Turkish counterpart on Thursday after the first high-level bilateral contact between the two countries since the Turkish airforce shot down a Russian jet nine days ago. Erdoğan told reporters after the Paris conference on climate change on Monday.
Meanwhile, according to the resolution, Turkish citizens without a labour contract or a civil contract signed before December 31, 2015 would not be allowed to work in Russian Federation from January 1, 2016.
