It’s Official! Destiny starting up exclusive Sparrow Racing League

She will take on the role as Quartermaster for the festivities and provide you with quests and bounties so that you can get on your way. An announcement for a Sparrow racing league.

The folks behind Destiny just announced the Sparrow Racing League, which will be out this Tuesday, December 8. Then, take your mark on the starting line.

While not much has been announced from the new mode (Bungie plans on updating us throughout the day, so stay tuned), we do know that the mode is now only lasting for three weeks.

The trailer shows off some of the racing courses and a new feature that allows racers to do mid-air tricks on the Sparrow.

In a separate Game Rant report, it was mentioned that new story content, which will unlock new rewards, will be available for the gamers on Sony’s console. This is a limited time event that will only run from December 8 to December 29. Even the monthly Iron Banner PvP event will offer exclusive item rewards to the PS gamers.

Fans of the game will surely be happy that this new game mode is finally introduced because it has been a requested idea in the “Destiny” community.
